A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/18/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements from approximately 3:50 pm through 5:45 pm. There were 36 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 staff. A sample of 5 children's records, and 3 staff's records were reviewed. The children were observed transitioning to go outside, outside play and free choice play. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
