An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:15 am - 12"45 pm. There were 35 children present in three classrooms with 9 staff. I observed children busy with self-chosen Montessori activities including coloring countries in Africa, using manipulative materials to sort and match patterns. I also observed children playing outdoors. The center is spacious and records were well-organized and complete. If you have any questions, please contact me at brenda.kuhlman@dss.virginia.gov
