Seven children?s records and five staff records were reviewed. The Center has staff in each classroom with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and staff trained in Daily Health Observation. One medication and authorization form were reviewed and the center has three staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed and were in compliance.
