Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 21, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. There were 126 children in the care of 25 staff. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for four children. Ten children records were reviewed as well as four new staff members.

Areas observed were: outside play, infant feeding, infant nap, free choice activities, hand washing/diapering procedures, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
