Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/06/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:30pm-2pm. There were 15 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed washing hands, during bathroom procedures and napping.One new staff member have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

The emergency preparedness plan did not have procedures for Lockdown.
