Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/25/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:10pm-4:10pm. There were 50 children directly supervised by 9 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records and 7 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed being dismissed from school, coloring, playing and transitioning to new rooms.The center has a a new assistant director and is using the new rooms. Three new staff have been hired since the last inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection. The exit interview was conducted with the administrative teacher. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
