An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between approximately 12:05pm and 1:25pm. 103 students were directly supervised by 23 staff. Classroom ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 6 children's records, 4 staff records, a sampling of medications, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. Infant bottles, the diaper changing space and daily reports were seen. Children were observed finishing lunch (meatballs/gravy, rice, carrots and applesauce) and going down for nap time.
