A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on November 7, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The licensing inspector arrived at 3:10 pm and departed at 6:10pm. At the time of the tour there were 37 preschool children present with four staff members. There were 32 school-age children with two staff . Children were observed eating snack and playing outdoors. The sample size was five children's records, five staff records and four medications.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
