An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on November 4, 2019 and completed on December 4, 2019 regarding allegations involving supervision and programs. Licensing Inspector conducted classroom observations, interviewed staff and reviewed facility documentation. Based on observations and interviews, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation therefore the complaint is deemed not valid.
