An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with a licensing inspection from 6:55 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. SHSI requirements were reviewed including nine allergy action plans and staff training. Six staff records and seven children's records were reviewed.
