A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/25/19 from 10:05am through 1:05pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 51 children were present with 10 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: listening to storytime about Thanksgiving, completing pilgrim, Native American and turkey crafts, and eating snack which consisted of goldfish, graham crackers, milk and water. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, 2 medications, and 6 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
