The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on December 2, 2019 in response to a complaint received by our department on November 7, 2019. The inspector was on site from 2:25 PM to 4:50 PM. The licensing inspector continued the investigation with a phone call on December 6, 2019. The allegations of the complaint were regarding care and protection; and injury reports. Evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
