An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 8:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. There were 23 children in care being supervised by 2 staff members. The children were observed participating in structured centers, table-top activities, crafts, and preparing for breakfast. Breakfast served today is ham and cheese croissant, cereal bar, milk, and fruit juice. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Five medications were reviewed and in compliance. There are currently two staff members on site who are MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 12/03/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 11/21/2019. The first aid kit was reviewed and in compliance.
