Comments:
Thank you for your assistance and your time during this unannounced monitoring inspection. The visit was conducted on December 11, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. through 12:35 p.m. There were seventy-five children in the care of nine staff. The total enrollment for the program is ninety-five children. There were eight children?s records and eight staff records reviewed and updated. The medication and authorization paperwork were reviewed for two children. Morning snack was observed and met USDA food guidelines and consisted of pretzels, string cheese, and milk. Hand washing, bathroom procedures, free play, singing, circle time, art project, evacuation drills, daily schedule, shelter in place drills, warm water temperature, menu, updated health inspection, updated insurance documentation, fun with patterns, cutting, interactive story telling, transitions, outdoor play, and dismissal procedures were observed during this visit.
