At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 38 infant to preschool aged children in care with 5 staff members and 2 administrators. Children were observed participating in nap, indoor play, handwashing and toileting, and transitioning between activities. A sample of 5 children's records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Medications and injury reports were also reviewed. The areas of noncompliance were discussed with the directors during this inspection and are detailed on the violation notice.

4. On the outdoor playground there was a tricycle missing end caps on the handlebars.
5. Ceiling tiles in several areas of the building were stained and sagging.

All of these areas were being utilized by children in care during this inspection and presenting potential injury hazards to the children in care.
