Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced complaint inspection conducted today, December 12, 2019. The on-site inspection was held from 1:50 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. At the time of arrival there were 81 children in the care of 16 staff members with two additional staff members available to assist if needed. There were 138 children enrolled in the program. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on December 9, 2019. The complaint was regarding Part VI (Programs) of the licensing standards. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were no violations of the licensing standards cited. Three staff members were interviewed. One staff member's record and one child's record were reviewed.
