An investigation was initiated on December 10, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. to investigate a complaint regarding ratios and requirements when food is brought from home. Interviews were conducted, documentation and staff records were reviewed. The complaint regarding ratios and requirements when food is brought from home was determined to be not valid.
