The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 1:20 until 2:30. There were five children in care with three care givers present. Children were observed during rest time and being comforted by the providers. The inside gym and all other areas were inspected. Five children's records were reviewed. No medications were reported to being administered. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
