An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/13/2019 from 12:20 pm - 3:30 pm. A renewal inspection was concurrently conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. There were a total of 69 children, infant - four years, in care with 12 staff. Children were observed during nap time.
Records were reviewed for eight children and eight staff.
