An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:15pm-2:20pm. There were 55 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 10 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed being fed and napping. Hand washing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.

Evidence:
The fire permit available on-site expired on 5/1/2019.Plan of Correction: The inspection has been done, we will obtain a copy of the current fire inspection.
