Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 45 children with 5 staff were present during the inspection. When the Licensing Inspector arrived, the children were napping in the classrooms. Observation and ratios of the classrooms were observed. The center was decorated with holiday decorations that were completed by the children. Some staff were observed completing lesson planning during the nap time period. One violation found regarding care and protection which pertained to one specific staff. Set up for afternoon snack was observed. A review of 4 children's records and 3 staff records was conducted. All 3 staff records were the only new staff since the last inspection in April. This inspection began at approximately 1:15pm and ended at 2:45pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
