An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted from 9:15am to 12:00pm in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 12/19/2019. Interviews were conducted with staff and documents were reviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
