A unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted with the director and five staff. 45 children were in care ranging in age from five year old to ten year old. Children were observed playing in the gym, snack time and homework time. four staff files and six children's files were reviewed.If you have any questions about this inspection please call 5540-272-9214 or e-mail lori.hancock@dss.virginia.gov. The inspection time was 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
