An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:00am-1:45pm. There were 98 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 15 staff. The physical plant, 9 staff records, 10 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, listening to stories, rehearsing for their holiday presentation, napping and eating lunch. Today's lunch consisted of red beans, brown rice, broccoli with ranch, pineapple and milk. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. There were no violations observed during today's inspection.
