The inspector conducted an announced mandated renewal inspection from 10:00 am until 12:15.
Seventy-two children are in care with staff supervising at all times; a cook and two administrators were also present.
The children were playing outdoors, working in centers, making a craft, during a diaper change, eating lunch and resting. Seven children's records and eight staff records were reviewed.
Violations are identified on the violation notice.

1. The inspector reviewed eight staff records. Two of eight records did not contain documented qualifications. Staff #2 and staff #8 did not have documented staff qualifications.
Plan of Correction: The director stated that the required documentation will be put in the file.
