The require three hour Health and Safety Update training that is required prior to March 2020 was discussed with the director.
- Comments:

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/28/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 11:00 AM and departed at 12:40 PM. Twenty children were in care. A sample size of five staff records and five children's records were reviewed..
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
An exit interview was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
