Comments:
An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on Friday, January 10, 2020 in response to an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) presented to the facility on November 15, 2019 and completed/accepted on December 2, 2019. The licensing standards addressed in the plan included: 22VAC40-185-(2)-60-A (children?s records), 22VAC40-185-(2)-70-A (staff records), 22VAC40-185-(2)-130-A (immunizations for children), 22VAC40-185-(2)-140-A (physical exams for children), 22VAC40-185-(2)-160-A (tuberculosis), 22VAC40-191-(BC)-60-B, 22VAC40-191-(BC)-60-C-2, 63.2(17)-1720.1-B-2 (background checks for child welfare agencies). The inspector was on site from 10:15am until approximately 11:55am. During the focused inspection, two staff records and five children?s records were reviewed. There were no violations cited during today?s inspection.
