A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/13/2020 was conducted from 10:45 am-12:00 pm. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 18 preschool aged children in care with 4 staff members. Children were observed participating in lunch, free play, transitioning between activities, hand washing and toileting. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Injury reports and medications were also reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements cited during this inspection.
