The inspector conducted an unannounced focused inspection on January 7, 2020 from 3:25 PM to 6:10 PM. This visit focused on the main areas of previous non-compliance. Observations were made, staff interviews were conducted and the center's policies and procedures were reviewed. There were no violations cited.
