Inspections of the playground prior to use by the children was discussed with the program director as there were cigarettes, pieces of latex balloons and other litter in the fenced in area.
- Comments:

An unannounced, mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today. The inspection was in the facility between 11:30 AM and 2:20 PM. Twenty two children were in care. Lunch service and nap time were observed. It was reported that no medication has been administered to children in care and no children's injuries were reported. A sample size of five staff records and five children's records were reviewed.
An exit meeting was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
