An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 11:00 am ? 1:00 pm with the childcare manager and staff. There were 51 children, ranging from five years to eleven years of age, present with five staff supervising. Children were observed playing in centers with games, blocks, cards, and arts and crafts materials, washing hands, and eating lunch, which was brought from home. Six children?s records and five on-site staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There was no medication to review. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The last health inspection was conducted: 10/16/19 and the last fire inspection was conducted: 8/26/19. The first aid kit, battery operated radio and flashlight were observed and in compliance. Evidence: staff did not sanitize the tables before or after the children ate lunch. Plan of Correction: Will retrain staff to sanitize tables before and after meals and snacks.
