An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 10, 2020 from approximately 12:40 pm to 2:00 pm. Two staff were present with eleven children. Four children records were reviewed.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A Description: Based on review, facility did not ensure there is an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence: The most recent fire inspection report available for review was completed January 15, 2019 which is more than a year old.Plan of Correction: Staff has already requested an inspection and report from the school office.
