All future inspections will be unannounced. The first unannounced inspection will be conducted within 60 days from the date the license is issued
- Comments:

An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 10:00am to 12:45pm. There were no children in care during the inspection, therefore those standards regarding the care and supervision of children were not reviewed. Emergency supplies, emergency procedures and written parent and staff policies were reviewed. The physical plant and playground space were measured and inspected. The facility approved space consists of two classrooms, one indoor playground and one outdoor playground. Any areas of standards that were not observed during the initial inspection will be determined at the first unannounced inspection following the issuance of a license. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice attached to this summary and were discussed at the exit interview.
