An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today in response to a complaint received in our office on 02/19/2020 concerning policies and procedures. The visit was conducted between approximately 10:50am and 12:30pm. Interviews were conducted and documents (the parent handbook, staff handbook,staff records, child records and various policies/procedures) were reviewed. Evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint was, therefore, not valid. There were no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
