1. Reviewd/trained vendor on new subsidy requirements. 2. Form provided: new emergency preparedness plan.

10:00-11:10am Conducted an announced annual inspection at the vendor's new address. Observed 1 child = 2 points with the vendor. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The child was having creative play, coloring and making art with stickers, and active play with a tunnel. The vendor was actively engaged with the child, providing age appropriate instructions, teaching the child both English and Spanish, and playing with the child. The home was found to be very clean, safeguarded appropriately, and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Recordkeeping was well maintained. No non-compliances found today.
