Standard #: 63.2(17)-1720.1-B-3 Description: Based on a review of staff records, the center has not obtained an out of state child abuse and neglect search request by the end of 30th day of employment.
Evidence: Staff #1 date of hire 3/9/2010 and staff #2, date of hire 9/4/2019 does not have results of out of state child abuse and neglect search.
Plan of Correction: The director had staff complete the forms during inspection and will mail out today. The director was confused thinking the search was completed with the Virginia central registry search since she checked the box at the top that says Adam Walsh.
