An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on February 24, 2020 beginning at 10:00 AM and ending at 12:15 PM. There were fifty children, ages four months through five years old, in the care of nine staff members during the inspection. The children were observed cleaning up preparing for lunch. Hand washing procedures were observed. The children were also observed eating lunch which consisted of chicken nuggets, apple sauce, green beans, and milk. Six children's records and five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Two medications were observed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation was documented as 2/5/20. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 1/15/20. The most recent health inspection was dated 4/1/19. The most recent fire inspection was dated 9/23/19.
