The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Thursday, February 27,2020 between 8:00 am to 9:22 am to determine the programs's compliance with licensing standards. The licensing inspector observed 32 children being supervised by 3 staff including the site supervisor. During this inspection, the children were observed by the licensing inspector completing a variety of activities to include participating in YP Constitution, active basketball indoor activity, engaging with peers and staff, completing bathroom breaks, transition into cafeteria for breakfast. The licensing inspector also completed observation of parent drop off and sign in during the inspection. The following information was reviewed: emergency supplies, required postings, fire and shelter-in-place drills, injury reports, and children's allergies. Medication is being administered, medications, and written authorizations were reviewed for the center's compliance. There were five children?s records and three of the staff's emergency contacts and required certificates of completion were reviewed during this inspection.
