A unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted with the director and one staff. 14 Children were in care ranging in age from six years to ten years old. Children were observed working in teacher directed groups. Five children's records were reviewed. Medications were also reviewed and were in compliance. Escape practices and lock down drills are up to date. The inspection was conducted from 7:20 am to 8:30 am. if you have any questions about this inspection please email lori.hancock@dss.virginia.gov.
