The licensing inspector conducted an annual staff record review on Thursday, March 5, 2020. There were nine staff records reviewed during this inspection. There were no violations. Standard #: 63.2(17)-1720.1-B-3 Description: Based on review of staff record and interview, the center did not ensure to obtain a copy of results of an out of state search of central registry.
Evidence: In Staff#6's record (date of hire: 6/11/13), a copy of results of an out of state central registry searches was not found. Interview with staff confirmed documentation of request was not available for review during the inspection.Plan of Correction: The Recreation program coordinator will follow up and ensure proper documentation is in file within two weeks, 03/19/2020.
