Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit and facility tour was conducted on 3/9/2020 from 10:00am-11:00am. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 25 preschool aged children in care with 4 staff members. Children were observed participating in outdoor free play, hand washing, instructional activities in the classroom, transitioning between activities, and departure. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 on-site staff records were reviewed. Injury reports and medications were also reviewed. The areas of noncompliance are detailed in the violation notice and were discussed with staff at the conclusion of this inspection.

Description: Based on record review it was determined the center did not implement the required two shelter-in-place practice practice drills every year.
Evidence:
1. There was only one shelter-in-place drills implemented during the 18-19' school year. The last drill noted was 3/19/19 in the documentation available.
2. Staff confirmed that there were not two shelter-in-place drills documented for the 18-19' school year.
