Comments:
An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 2/25/2020 in response to multiple complaints received by the licensing office on 01/30/2020, 02/13/2020, and 02/25/2020. On 02/25/2020 inspector investigated allegations regarding ratios and water supply. On 02/27/2020 inspector investigated staff training, ratios, behavioral guidance, transportation, and water supply. The information gathered during the investigation does support the allegations regarding ratio and behavioral guidance, so the complaint is determined to be "valid".
