An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on March 9, 2020, continued on March 12, 2020 and completed on March 20, 2020 regarding allegations involving supervision and special care provisions /emergencies. Licensing Inspector conducted classroom observations, reviewed facility documentation and interviewed staff and parties involved. The inspection was conducted jointly with another agency. Based on observations and interviews, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation therefore the complaint is deemed not valid.
