An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted to investigate allegations regarding the supervision of the children, staff-to-child ratios, and care, protection, and guidance of the children in care. The investigation was conducted with the director beginning at 2:30 PM and ending at 3:39 PM. Three staff interviews were conducted. Two children's records and center documentation were reviewed. It was determined that the complaint was not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
