This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/01/2020 and concluded on 05/04/2020. The director was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 49 children in care with 8 staff present. The inspector emailed the director a list of required items to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed three staff record and three children's records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law, no violations were issued. The inspector reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
