An unannounced inspection was conducted on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 3:10 PM to 4:50 PM in response to a self-reported concern regarding inappropriate staff interactions with children. The department was notified of the concern on Wednesday, January 29, 2020. Interviews with staff were completed and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
