An unannounced renewal desk review was conducted via video phone app and email communication due to the COVID 19 pandemic. There were 6 children present directly supervised by 6 staff. 3 staff records, 3 children?s records were reviewed. Evacuation drills and policies were inspected. Children were observed interacting with staff and being fed. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance as conveyed by director and confirmed in documentation review.
