Technical Assistance:
This program was closed during the desk review inspection. The inspection was conducted with the CASA program's administrative staff due to the COVID 19 pandemic.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/28/2020 and concluded on 5/29/2020. The Children's Programs Coordinator was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present and no staff. The inspector emailed the Children's Programs Coordinator a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
