An unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted today from 11:50 pm - 1:15 pm. There were 2 children ( 3 pts) in care at the time of the inspection. T he children were arriving into care, bringing the vendor supplies and telling all about their donuts. The vendor has infants and preschool aged children in care. Discussed activities for both age groups and use of safety straps if equipment has one. Cleaning, hand washing and diaper changing routines were also discussed. Vendor information, child information, emergency planning and supplies were also reviewed. If there are any questions regarding this inspection please contact kelly.savittiere@dss.virginia.gov
