A complaint investigation was initiated on 7/15/2020 in response to a complaint received by the department on 7/14/2020. The complaint alleged that a parent was denied access to a minor child's record.
The investigation included virtual interview and review of records.
A preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and no violation was cited.
Results of the investigation were reviewed with the program director on 8/4/2020.
